Sleep Health App
If you have Sleep favorited you can access it from the Summary page in the Health app. To connect to Apple Health within the app just open up Settings in Sleep Cycle tap Apple Health toggle it on then Allow the permissions you want.
I really like this app but I dont really think that it is for me.
